Processing Time

Majority of our items are Made-To-Order meaning it is produced after a sale is made. Once an order is placed, it begins processing in our internal system. We kindly ask to allow up to 3-4 business days for the order to be processed. 

What is MADE-TO-ORDER?

Unlike mass-produced items that are manufactured in large quantities and sold as-is, made-to-order items are produced individually or in small batches. Some of our items are made-to-order, so before purchase always make sure to verify the production process of an item by reading the product description. Different made-to-order items will have different timelines.


March 18, 2025 & After
Please allow 3 - 7 weeks after order placement for the item to be produced. For further understanding, please refer to our shipping policy and the Made-To-Order timeline.

March 17, 2025 & Earlier
Please allow 3 - 17 weeks after order placement for the item to be produced. For further understanding, please refer to our shipping policy and the Made-To-Order timeline.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION PROCESS

Production Commencement: "Made-To-Order" items enter production 7-10 days post-order confirmation, ensuring meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Production Duration: The custom creation process spans 3-7 weeks, during which every item is procured, inspected and prepped for dispatch.

Warehouse Dispatch: Upon completion, items are dispatched to our warehouse, where it will begin the final packing process.

International Shipping: The final leg of the journey involves international shipping, spanning 6-14 days until final delivery.

**As of May 2025, production takes approximately 3-7 weeks to produce. Afterwards, the item is sent off to our shipping facility and begins its departure to your address (1-2 weeks to ship). These timelines are subject to change depending on store order volumes. We do our absolute best to keep up with order demand and appreciate your patience. 

Shipping Times

Retaliation Project ships internationally. Shipping time depends on your location, but we aim for a delivery timeframe of 6 - 14 days after the order is produced and dispatched by the shipping partner.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once an order has been processed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Due to the nature of our production process—especially for made-to-order items—refunds will not be issued once fulfillment has begun. Exceptions may be made only at the sole discretion of our internal team, and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our criteria. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Retaliation Project will not be held liable for customer errors including wrong address input. If there is an error in your address, please refer to our contact page and we’d be happy to help alter your shipping details.

Return Policy

We are no longer accepting any returns or exchanges. In the instance you have any issues regarding your product, please refer to our contact page and we’d be happy to help resolve any possible issues. If the items are lost, misplaced or stolen during the shipping phase, Retaliation Project does not claim liability; as referenced in our terms of service. Please contact the shipping company attached to the tracking number to address any issues.

Please understand that this policy is in place to limit the risk of orders being cancelled halfway through our production phase. As our meticulous manufacturing process can be lengthy, please have patience! This is to ensure that the quality of our products are maintained between all items.

Payment Methods

We several different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, American Express.  If you're curious we accept your particular method - make sure to try at check-out!

Can I Purchase Items With Another Currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, contact us using our "Contact" form or email us at "RetaliationProjectCS@gmail.com" - we'll do our best to take care of the situation.
